"The love we feel for our pets is incredibly special, but, after two decades working with animals, I believe that it pales in comparison to the love they have for us. If we could learn more from them, the world would be a happier place." Noel Fitzpatrick, SuperVet.
What is it about our unconditional love of our pets? As humans we find it hard to show or express our emotions to each other on so many levels and then along comes a pet of our own and we are vocally & physically showering them with constant endearments!
This even comes down to our shopping habits, the dog usually comes first, how often have we popped out for a pint of milk or half a dozen eggs and come back with a new dog collar, a 'must have' new toy and/or bag of treats just for our dear doggo? They seem to be at the forefront of our minds, even when they're left at home happily lounging!
Talking of shopping did you know that here at Woodcock & Cavendish we have lots of your dog needs covered? Start with our own British Made Harris Tweed dog beds, a snuggly collection of dog in all shapes and sizes, a variety of breed/humorous plus stylish leads and collars.
Also, please take a look at the wide range of healthy treats and supplements all made from 100% natural ingredients, a fabulous selection of eco toys and pure ChewRoots in a variety of shapes and sizes, all perfect for those little take-me-home just because treat!
And, of course, on Christmas morning there’s always a present or two under the tree for our loyal companions and we just love the new Santa’s Gift Sacks which have arrived all individually wrapped by Father Christmas himself, who knew he too must be a dog lover!
“I’ve seen a look in dogs’ eyes, a quickly vanishing look of amazed contempt, and I am convinced that dogs think humans are nuts.” – John Steinbeck
