PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

From time to time we will run promotions and offers, a full list of the current offers can be found on our website. All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order. Online promotional offers are not always available in our stores and in-store promotional offers will not be available online at our website.

SHOPPING CODES

On occasions, we will release Shopping Codes via email or other marketing channels. The Shopping Codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified on the marketing communication. To apply the Shopping Code online enter it as requested during the check out process. Shopping Codes are not always available in our stores please see marketing materials to see if the Shopping Code is for online only or also available in store.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website you are agreeing to pay for the delivery cost and the estimated time in days of the delivery.

On making an order we will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

DESPATCHING ORDERS

From receipt of order, we aim to dispatch your order the next WORKING day. If you order on a weekend or on a bank holiday your order will be despatched on the next WORKING day.

DELIVERIES

Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

With our 3rd party courier companies, we ship our products to almost all location worldwide.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The website stock availability and our office support system comes from the same stock database. If in the unlikely event that a product shows in stock but is actually out of stock in the warehouse, we will not know this until the point of picking, roughly two hours after the dispatched notification. As soon as we are aware of a problem we will email and/or call to discuss the shortfall in the order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy goods from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one within 14 days after delivery of the goods. With the exception of personalised products, to which statutory cancellation rights do not apply. The item must be returned UNOPENED and UNUSED!

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Any item that is faulty at the point of sale may be returned for replacement or refund:

– WITHIN 28 DAYS from the original date of delivery for REPAIR or REPLACEMENT
– AFTER 28 DAYS but WITHIN 6 MONTHS from the original date of delivery for REPAIR under warranty
– AFTER 6 MONTHS all REPAIRS are chargeable to the customer

Faulty products must have the original proof of purchase and be returned complete with all components and in the original packaging. All products are carefully inspected by our experts and items that are considered wear and tear will not be accepted as a manufacturing fault.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

All returns must be in accordance with our returns policy found on our website.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item to one of our stores or via post.

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS

Refunds for goods will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the point that we receive the goods back from you. If you cancel your order before goods have been sent to you, we will process your refund no later than 14 days after the date upon which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.

– Cancellation of order within 7 days – NO REFUND
– Faulty product within 28 days – FULL REFUND
– Faulty product over 28 days – NO REFUND

TO US FROM YOU:
– Cancellation of order within 7 days – NO REFUND
– Faulty product within 28 days – FULL REFUND (to the value of £7.50)

WEBSITE PRICING

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY TO OUTSIDE THE UK

Non-UK orders will have the same 7 days cooling off period as orders within the UK, except we cannot refund the original shipping costs on any order outside of the UK. Items that develop a fault within 28 days may be returned to us for repair or replacement. No delivery costs will be refunded for non-UK faulty items and an additional delivery cost may be required to send out the repaired or replacement item to you. Returns cannot be accepted from outside of the UK unless they have been returned via our online support system and a copy of the original order is enclosed. ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE EU

As soon as you buy a product from a country outside of the EU, then you effectively become an importer and are liable to Customs and Excise Duty payments. The goods may be held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax. Customs officers will examine packages to check for prohibited or restricted goods – it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you have purchased are not prohibited in your country or region. As a company, our responsibility ends when the order to a non-EU country leaves our premises. It is your responsibility to communicate with the Customs in your region to retrieve your order.
